Instructions
Step 1
Cook the potato by poking with a fork and microwave for 5-6 minutes (per potato).
Step 2
Cut open the potato and lightly mash insides with a fork.
Step 3
Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Season and cook the chicken in the air fryer at 400 degrees, 5 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Drizzle garlic parmesan sauce on top of each serving.
Step 6
Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top.
Step 7
Microwave to melt cheese.
