Pulled King Oyster Mushrooms

4 steps
Prep:5minCook:15min
This is one of my go-to super quick and easy recipes. It's a great alternative to pulled pork and it can be used as part of a burrito bowl, a pizza topping, or to top some dirty fries! The possibilities are endless!

Stir at regular intervals to ensure that it doesn't stick to the pan or burn. Fry until the jackfruit crisps up a little (usually about 15 minutes). Feel free to adjust the temperature of your cook top. I usually cook mine on a medium-high heat.
