Step 1
1. Place pork chops, ranch dressing mix and soup into slow cooker.

2. Cover, and cook on low 6 hours or on high 4 hours.
Step 3
1. One hour before pork is finished, roast garlic.
Step 4
2. To roast garlic, cover all the garlic cloves (including skin) in aluminum foil, and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Let cool, and remove garlic from skins; mix into a paste to add to potatoes.

3. Cook cubed potatoes in large pot of water about 15-18 minutes, until soft; drain.

4. Add butter, garlic and desired amount of salt and pepper to potatoes; mash, slowly adding milk until potatoes are the preferred consistency.
