Chipotle chicken wrap

These chipotle chicken wraps were insane so quick and easy to make full of flavour and only 415 calories each 💅🏼

Ingredients (serves 2)
200g chicken breast
Smoked paprika
Garlic granules
Salt
Lime juice
10g chilli heatwave
40g
protein cheese grated
2 tortilla wraps
1 little gem lettuce chopped and washed
Sauce:
60g lighter than light mayo
60g fat free greek yoghurt
Tsp smoked paprika
Tsp chipotle paste
Tbsp lime juice
Tsp garlic granules
Tsp dried chives
Pinch of salt
Tbsp water
💗Season the chicken with a tsp smoked paprika, garlic granules and salt. Rub in throughly. Mix together a tsp lime juice and a tsp chipotle paste. Brush over the breast before cooking in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees. Once cooked, chop into small chunks.
💗Whilst the chicken is cooking, mix the sauce ingredients together. Once combined, stir through the lettuce, ensuring it is all coated in the sauce.
💗 Lightly warm each tortilla wrap in the microwave for 15 seconds.
💗Line each with the lettuce, the chicken, the cheese and Doritos (you may need to crush these to make folding easier).
💗 Start to roll by tucking under, folding the sides as you go to form a burrito shape.
💗 Lightly pan fry until golden (skip this step if you don’t like warm lettuce)
