Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Sauté the onion in olive oil over medium high heat, add chicken, all seasoning and mix with BBQ sauce. Set aside.
Step 2
Microwave the tortillas so they are pliable and coat them in oil on both sides. Fill each tortilla with a layer of cheese and the chicken mixture, fold in half. Bake 10 minutes in the oven until golden brown and crispy.
