Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F

Grease muffin tin.
Step 3
Beat bananas, egg, yogurt, sugar, melted butter (cooled to room temp), and vanilla.
Step 4
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix just until combined/moist. Do not overmix!
Step 5
Fill muffin tin with batter.
Step 6
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over muffins. Bake 15-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
