Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Step 2
Mix water, yeast and sugar in a bowl and let sit until bubbly.
Step 3
Once bubbly, add flour and salt to the mixture & mix with a wooden spoon.
Step 4
Knead dough with clean hands until a nice ball has formed - about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Once kneaded divide the dough into 7 equal parts.
Step 6
Roll each dough ball using a rolling pin, roll into desired shape and thickness.
Step 7
Brush the edges with olive oil and top your pizza.
Step 8
Bake in oven for 6 minutes or until crust is brown and toppings seem done.
Step 9
Take pizza out of oven, slice and serve.
