Instructions

Mix 1 cup warm water with 1 packet of active dry yeast.

Wait approx 10 min until Yeast looks bubbly.
Step 3
Put 2 cups flour into large mixing bowl and add the bubbled yeast mixture. Mix until dough starts to form

Flour a surface and start to knead the dough. Continue to add flour until the dough is no longer sticky. (Approx 3 cups total)
Step 5
Place in a greased bowl and cover for 45 min to 1 hour to rise.

Once dough has doubled in size, punch it down and knead a couple more times on flat surface. Cut into 2 portions and roll out into circle

Let rolled out dough rise again for approx 30 to 45 min.

Bake at 475 for 5 min. Add toppings and bake again approx 10 min. (Watch carefully).
