Instructions

Step 1
Place the garlic, buttermilk and vinegar in a blender or a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process. While the machine is running, gradually add the oil. If desired, add herbs by hand. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate up to two days.
