Cinnamon Donuts
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup sweetener
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
For the cinnamon coating:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sweetener
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough for a few minutes.
Step 2
2. Roll into small balls, spray with oil & air fry @ 325F for 8-10 minutes.
Step 3
3. While they cool down, melt your butter and in a separate bowl mix your cinnamon / sweetener for the coating.
Step 4
4. Toss in the butter & then cinnamon sweetener. Enjoy!
Step 5
Pro tip: You want the dough to be firm enough to hold the ball shape, so extra almond flour may be necessary if it’s too flimsy / soft
