Step 1
Add all the ingredients besides the tortillas into a bowl and mix until combined then season with salt and pepper to taste

Step 2
Slice tortillas down the middle and brush the inside with water . Roll into a cone shape and use more water to seal the seam . Fill with the filling leaving space to seal the edge

Brush the edge with water and pinch down to close making a pocket shape . Repeat for all the tortillas then cook in a little oil on a medium hot pan. Once golden and crispy flip over then cook 2 more minutes . Serve with your favorite side and sauces
