Instructions

Step 1
Shred a cooked chicken breast into a bowl . If it wasn’t seasoned season with a little chicken season of choice .

Add peppers green onions sweetcorn cream cheese ( use vegan options if you want it vegan) shredded cheddar garlic powder and Italian seasoning then mix everything until we’ll combined

Step 3
Slice tortillas down the middle then brush the straight line with water fold into a cone shape and press down to seal where the wet part is . Now fill with the filling and brush the open side with water then pinch down to seal . Fry on a pan on medium heat with a little olive oil until golden and crispy on both sides . I love to serve mine with a nice healthy salad ! Enjoy
