Ingredients

Marinade

½ cupolive oil

½ cupsoy sauce

¼ cuphoney
1 Tbspdried rosemaryy
or 3 tbsp fresh

6 clovesgarlic
minced

1 tspsalt

pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the meat for at least 5 hours or overnight - turn over half way.
Step 2
Preheat oven on 210 on grill with fan and make sure the oven is hot hot.
Step 3
Grill uncovered for 8 min on one side and 9 on the other (don’t overdo as will be dry).
Step 4
One removed from over, cover with silver foil.
Step 5
Keep the meat sitting in juice until a few hours before the meal. Cut into thin slices and let it continue sitting in the juice. Best to warm it up on urn.
Step 6
2 packs serve 8 people if the meat is accompanied by another meat dish and sides.
