Step 1
Add the potato powder into a big bowl then add 2 cups of water and mix . Make sure all the flakes have been mixed in and it resembles mashed potato

Add egg yolks salt pepper and thyme then add potato starch to keep it gluten free . Alternatively you can sub flour . Mix to a dough then roll into little balls

Step 3
Toss into any hot soup bring the soup back up to the boil then Simmer 4-5 minutes . Any dumplings you have not cooked can be dusted with more flour stored flat in freezer bags .
