Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F
Step 2
Cut Zucchini in half lengthwise and spoon out the insides, only leaving a small layer of flesh along the inside and set aside. Chop up the spooned out zucchini into small pieces.
Step 3
Start to bown the ground beef in a stove top pan. Add the spices, pepper, chopped zucchini, and tomato sauce and let simmer.
Step 4
Place the hollowed out zucchini halves in an oven safe dish, fill them with the ground beef mixture, and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Step 5
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
