Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F

Step 2
In a pan brown ground beef and drain the grease. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
To a 9x13 casserole dish add in cooked meat, frozen hashbrowns, soup, rotel, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
Step 4
Once combined bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
After 30 minutes remove and top with Colby Jack cheese and crushed Doritos.
Step 6
Bake for another 10 minutes.
