Drunk chocolate salami

Whisk the softened butter with sugar, eggs and cocoa.
We mix half the biscuits finely and cut the remaining biscuits into larger pieces.
Add the rum, butter mixture and nuts chopped into coarse pieces to the biscuits.
Mix everything together properly and put in the fridge for at least an hour.
When lying down, divide the dough into 2 parts and make a rolling pin from each part.
Wrap the rollers in food foil and leave in the fridge for 24 hours.
Roll the congealed cylinders out of the foil and coat in the caster sugar.
We can also use salami as an edible Christmas present. Wrap the salami in baking paper or cellophane and tie the ends with string or ribbon.
