Instructions

Step 1
Add parsley, salt to the flour and mix well and prepare it by kneading and keep it covered for 10 minutes.
Step 2
👉Take oil in a pan and add cumin, asafoetida, ginger and add raw banana pieces, peas, peanuts, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, and mix well.
Step 3
Prepare lime-shaped dough. Roll out lengthwise and cut from the middle into two halves. Fill the stuffing by giving water to the edges and give the shape of the samosas.
Step 4
Take oil in a pan and put the samosas to fry only when it is slightly hot (otherwise bubbles will come out on top). Fry on medium flame till it becomes golden. The hot samosas are ready to be served.
Step 5
Note: 1. Knead the maida neither too soft nor too hard. 2. Do not grease too thinly. 3. Oil is slightly hot while frying and fry on medium heat after 5 minutes.
