Instructions
Step 1
Grate apples into an uncooked deep dish pie crust, drizzle with butter
Step 2
In a bowl, mix dry ingredients, then milk, then eggs


Step 3
Pour mixture over apples.
Note: do not mix! Allow pie to rest for a couple of minutes, as mixture will settle between apples.
Step 4
Bake @ 400° for 10 mins.
Step 5
Then bake at 350° for 30-40 mins.
