Will you try this Souffle pancakes??? INGREDIENTS 30g plain flour 20ml milk 2 eggs 25gr erythritol or sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Vanilla drops Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whip the egg whites until stiff, adding the erythritol slowly. Whip the yolk with the vanilla drops, the milk and then the flour, making sure you get rid of all the lumps. Incorporate the egg whites carefully with a spatula from top to bottom. cook in a non stick pan with 2 tsp of water then cover with the lid and cook for 3/2 minute. Then flip and cook it for another 2 minute.
