Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the coffe and let it cool completely. While the coffee is getting cold, prepare the other ingredients.

Take the egg yolks and put them into a large bowl. Add the sugar and whip until the sugar is melted.

Add the mascarpone into the bowl and mix until the mixture is creamy.

Take a second bowl, put the egg whites into it. Whip the whites until stiff.

Step 5
Ease down the whites into the bowl with the yolks and mascarpone mixture. Mix gently with a spatula, from the bottom of the bowl toward the top until the two mixture become a cream.

Take a baking dish and pour a couple of spoon of the mascarpone cream, just enough to cover the bottom.

Brush the ladyfingers with the cold coffe until they are a little soft. Once the first is ready, ease it down into the baking dish and continue with the other ladyfingers until the bottom of the dish is cover.

Once the first layer is ready, cover it with some mascarpone cream and sprinkle with cacao powder and white chocolate chips. Start over again with the ladyfinger and make more layers until you are done.

Put the tiramisù into the fridge for at leas 4 hours.
