Dip rice paper in water for a few seconds then on an oiled work surface lay it out add some banana and egg To the centre then fold it over on all sides until it’s A near package

Add to a hot pan with oil and fry on medium high heat until golden and crisp on both sides . Drain on paper towels then drizzle all over with condensed milk . Enjoy
