Instructions

Step 1
Place buttermilk, oil, honey and whole wheat berries in blender on high for 3 minutes. Let stand overnight. Just before baking add 2 eggs and reblend for 1-3 minutes. Blend in thoroughly rising and spice ingredients briefly. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Distribute topping ingredients on top and press down lightly with a fork. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes, until knife comes out from the center. Mini muffins 350 for 15 minutes.
