Instructions

Step 1
Place tinned peaches and juice in a blender - blitz into a smooth paste.

Transfer to saucepan and whisk in 200ml prosecco, sugar and gelatine.

Continue whisking, over medium heat, until sugar and gelatine are dissolved

Continue whisking until mixture boils, then remove from heat and whisk in remaining prosecco and schnapps

Pour into 6 glasses, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set
