Step 1
Add cream of celery and chicken both to stockpot over medium heat.
Step 2
Let biscuits come to room temperature for about 5 minutes. Flour surface and roll out each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick. Slice and make into 1-2 inch squares.
Step 3
Add chicken to pot. Heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add dumplings to pot and stir. If needed, add some flour to thicken
Step 5
Add ground black pepper to taste. And poultry seasoning if desired. Should have sufficient salt with the broth and cream of celery and the rotisserie chicken.
Step 6
Heat until dumplings are cooked. Remove and eat.
