FRIED FETA IN PHYLLO PASTRY

FRIED FETA IN PHYLLO PASTRY INGREDIENTS 1 piece of feta cheese, very finely chopped and squared, about 5mm thick 1 sheet of phyllo pastry 1 tbsp flour 2 tbsp water Thyme Bukovo (crushed red pepper flakes) 200ml olive oil 50gr honey 1 ts sesame METHOD 1. In a small bowl, mix the flour with water to create a paste-like consistency. 2. Pat the feta dry to remove any excess water. 3. Sprinkle a little thyme and bukovo on both sides of the feta. 4. Lay out the phyllo sheet and quickly, to prevent drying out, place the feta on one side in the middle; fold it to cover the feta from both sides, apply the flour paste on top of the feta to help the layers stick, and also along the edge of the opposite side, then fold over to the end like an envelope. 5. On very low heat, warm the oil and gently place the feta in, frying on both sides until it gets a golden color. Once cooked, remove onto paper towels to absorb excess oil. Then, transfer to a plate and drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with both white and black sesame seeds. Good luck!

Instructions
