Pour the bucketwheat into a pot and pour over water. Boil until buckwheat softens (~15 min from the beginning of boiling). After, pour off the water and let the buckwheat to cool down.

Peel the carrots, grate with a bigger grater. Peel the onion and dice it. Preheat a skillet over medium heat with some oil, add carrots, cook for 5 minutes, then add onion and cook until vegetables soften. Let the vegetables to cool down.
Step 5
Mix buckwheat with eggs, flour, spices, fried onion and carrots. Combine well.
Step 6
Preheat some oil in a skillet. Take 1 tbsp. of buckwheat mix and form small 1-1,5 cm (0.4-0.6 inches) thickness circles. Fry the fritters on both sides until golden brown. Then remove fritters from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb the oil. Enjoy!
