Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C (fan)
Step 2
Cut feta into small bricks and stuff the olives. Set aside.
Step 3
Cut the shortcrust pastry into 7cm*7cm squares.
Step 4
In the middle of the square place 1/3tsp sundried tomato paste, then olive.
Step 5
Fold the edges and roll them into a ball.
Step 6
Transfer to the baking tray, lined with parchment.
Step 7
For the egg wash combine egg yolk and milk, and mix well.
Step 8
Brush olive feta balls with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 9
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
