Hot chocolate fudge cake with a chocolate greek yoghurt frosting
HEALTHY HIGH PROTEIN: hot chocolate fudge cake with a chocolate greek yoghurt frosting and a sprinkle of chocolate flakes 🤤 breakfast or dessert
Macros:

You need:
40g pure fine oats / rolled oats
20g chocolate vegan protein
~125ml milk (I used 50ml milk rest water)
1/2tsp baking powder
5g cocoa powder
Toppings:
55g Greek yoghurt + 5g cocoa powder + vanilla flavdrops
5g chocolate flakes
Method:
Blend oats to create the oat flour or use pure fine oats.
Stir oats, protein, baking powder, milk together until smooth.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 mins.
Mix Greek yog with cocoa powder until smooth and dollop on top.
