These easy to prepare protein bars pack 18 g of protein in just 179 calories, require only 9 ingredients and 10 minutes to put together, and can be easily taken on the go. They're sugar free, gluten free, a good source of both healthy fats and fiber, and of course high in protein. They also boast a high contents of the micronutrients riboflavin, vitamin B12, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, manganese, and phosphorus. These protein bars will be my simple protein source on the go during my upcoming vacation, as they hold together quite well during travel

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F, and line a small pan with parchment paper. The one I'm using is 10" x 6", though a standard 9 x 5" bread pan will also work. The protein bars will just be a little thicker, so they may require an additional few minutes of baking time
Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine together all ingredients until you have a thick brownie batter, almost like a spread. Transfer to the pan

Step 3

Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick to the center comes out clean. Let cool totally in the pan before cutting into bars. Store protein bars in the fridge or freezer
