Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion, garlic and white part of spring onions
Step 2
Add to wok with hot oil, add peas and sweetcorn and ginger (optional) here
Step 3
When onions softening, add eggs and lower heat a bit until eggs are mostly cooked
Step 4
Add in rice
Step 5
Add soy sauce, pepper, drizzle of honey
Step 6
Form into bowl and add green part of spring onion on top
