For the Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl
Step 3
Sear steak in a hot wok with a teaspoon of oil. Lightly cook on both sides, then set aside to rest.
Step 4
Chop carrot and pepper into matchsticks. stir fry in wok on high heat for at least 5 mins.
Step 5
Once the carrots are soft, chop the steak and add to the wok. Add the sauce and the noodles. Stir fry for a minute
Step 6
Chop the spring onions and add to the wok. Fry for another minute, then serve.
