Instructions

Step 1
Mix your Raffaello in a mixer for 30 seconds or until you form a paste.
Step 2
In a bowl whip your heavy cream with a hand mixer for a minute and set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, add your Raffaello paste, mascarpone and condensed milk and mix everything with a hand mixer for a minute or until smooth. Fold whipped cream in and set aside.
Step 4
Dip your ladyfingers in some cold milk for a couple mins on each side then layer them in a shallow dish, cover with some of your Raffaello cream and repeat until you finish all the ingredients. Rest your tiramisu in the fridge for a couple of hours (even better overnight) and serve with some coconut flakes on top (optional). Buon appetito!
