Instructions

Step 1
Boil water in a pot. Once it starts boiling, gently place 5-6 eggs and set timer for 8 minutes.

While the egg is boiling, chop up 1/4 of an onion. Mince garlic and fresh chili as well.

Step 3
Once the timer goes off, drain the hot water and immediately wash with ice cold water. Rinse and soak in cold water so that the egg peels more smoothly.

Gently peel the eggs and set aside.

Get a pan, and turn on heat to medium strength. Drizzle oil and lightly fry your eggs until you see a hint of golden brown.

Then toss in your chopped onions and minced garlic as well. Cook until golden brown.

Pour in 200ml of water, and then add in a block of Golden Curry.

Melt the block and stir every 30 seconds until the paste thickens.

Turn off heat and get your rice ready.
