Most satisfying meal with leftover rice 🤩
1 cup leftover or boiled rice
3 tbsp curd (adjust as per taste and requirement)
Tadka
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Chana dal
1/2 tsp Urad dal
7-8 Curry leaves
1 Green chillies (optional)
1 med size finely chopped onion
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Podi masala
1 tbsp freshly chopped Coriander leaves
Pinch of aesofetida
Process
* In a pan heat ghee, add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and saute for a min on low flame.
* Add curry leaves, green chillies, onion & saute for q min.
* Add salt, podi masala, coriander leaves, aesofetida & saute for 30 sec.
* In a bowl add rice, curd and mix it well.
* Add the tadka over the curs rice mix.
* Dig in your hands and enjoy 😉
