Instructions
Step 1
Lay out the thinly sliced chicken cutlets flat
Step 2
Combine and regular duck sauce and the spicy duck sauce and smear onto the chicken cutlets
Step 3
Put a slice of pastrami onto every cutlet
Step 4
Smear some more of the duck sauce mixture over the pastrami and roll each piece of chicken (secure with a toothpick if needed)
Step 5
Make a ketchup and mayonnaise mixture and smear onto the rolled up chicken
Step 6
Cover with corn flake crumbs
Step 7
Bake on 350 for 20 minutes covered
Step 8
Uncover and bake an additional 15 min on 375
