Instructions

Step 1
Remove skin from bottoms
Step 2
Place sliced onion in pan Combine ketchup & mayo and smear on all sides
Step 3
Dip bottoms in crumbs covered all over
Step 4
Place bottoms in baking pan,
Step 5
Add water
Step 6
Bake covered on 380 for 2 hours
Step 7
Sprinkle with parsley flakes and bake uncovered another 1/2 hour
