Instructions

Step 1
Preheat over to 375*F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll dough and cut into 24 strips; place strips horizontally on work surface in front of you. Top each strip with 1 piece chicken. Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl; set half aside to use as dip. Use pastry brush to brush each piece of chicken with some of the remaining honey mustard. Roll dough around chicken (chicken will stick out on each ends).
Step 3
Arrange chicken bites on prepared baking sheet. Bake until dough is golden brown and chicken is cooked through, 15-20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, stir together reserved honey mustard mixture and soy sauce in small serving bowl, stir in chives. Sprinkle chicken bites with more chives and serve with sauce.
