Almond butter cups
Reeses who!? Try these decadent chunky chocolate almond butter cups, a healthier, vegan and gluten-free version of a classic treat. Made with minimal ingredients for maximum flavor 💥
Here’s what you need:
🌟 2 cups chocolate chips
🌟1/3 cup almond butter, plus extra for filling
🌟1/2 cup almonds
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with 2 inches of water in on a low heat stirring gently. Stir in the almond butter and the almonds, then spoon into cupcake cases in a muffin tray until they are around a third full. Place these in the fridge to set. Once the base has set, spoon a tablespoon of almond butter on top of each one then cover with the remaining chocolate mixture, place in the fridge to set, then enjoy!
