Step 1
In a pan melt the coconut oil on low heat then stir in the vanilla . Next add the marshmallows and keep stirring until they melt completely .crush some sugar free rice cakes into the marshmallow then line a small dish and flatten the mixture into it

Next sprinkle sone unsweetened chocolate chips on top then melt a little unsweetened chocolate and drizzle it over the top .Put in the fridge for an hour then remove and enjoy
