Garlic Parmesan Chicken:
16oz chicken breast (2 large chicken breasts)
2 tblspn white wine vinegar
10g Parmigiano reggiano
Chicken Seasoning Blend:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon truffle salt (or normal fine salt)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Air fry at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes
Parmesan cream sauce:
200g fat free cottage cheese blended
60g fresh Parmigiano Reggiano
1 tsp Kinder Roasted Garlic Brown Butter seasoning (or garlic seasoning of choice)
40g reduced fat mozzarella
50g fat free mozzarella
Pinch of salt
8 burrito tortillas (I used high protein tortillas)

Put chicken with Parmesean cheese sauce in tortiallas and roll

Bake 400 8-10 minutes
