Instructions
Step 1
Mix cornstarch and sugar in a bowl.
Step 2
Put strawberries in a saucepan and add sugar and cornstarch mixture. Bring to a boil and wait until thickened. Set aside.
Step 3
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and brown sugar.
Step 4
Spread cream cheese mixture onto the bottom of the two pie shells.
Step 5
Pour strawberries into pie shell and chill until firm.
Step 6
Top with cool whip and serve.
