Asian Barbecue Chicken Wings

Asian Barbecue Chicken Wings Ingredients: 30 chicken wings, feathers removed Spice blend: 1 tsp salt Pepper 1 tbsp smoky paprika 1 tsp onion flakes 1.5 tsp garlic flakes 1 tsp herbes de Provence Sauce: 1/4 cup barbecue sauce 1/4 cup silan 2 tbsp soy sauce 1” ginger, peeled and grated 1/2 tsp sesame oil Sesame seeds for garnish Directions: 🍋Combine all spice blend ingredients. 🍋 Preheat oven to 425°F. 🍋 Pat wings dry. Sprinkle generously on both sides with spice blend. Place wings as separated as possible on rack. 🍋Cover a baking sheet well with foil. Top with a baking rack that you’ve sprayed generously with non stick spray. Divide wings into 2 batches and spread batch 1 on the rack. Bake for 30 minutes. You can remove any additional feathers at this point - they should slide out easily. 🍋 Brush 1 side with sauce. Return to oven for 10 minutes. 🍋 Flip and brush other side with sauce. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. 🍋Garnish with sesame seeds 🍋If the wings aren’t as crispy as you would like, feel free to broil them for 1-2 minutes, watching very carefully so they don’t burn.

Instructions
