Instructions

Chicken

Step 1
In a bowl mix buttermilk, hot sauce, and spices. Add chicken tenderloins to mixture and let soak...5, 10, 15 minutes.
Step 2
Put crushed corn flakes into a bowl. After chicken has soaked in buttermilk mixture, coat each piece in corn flakes. Place on 9x13 lipped pan. If desired, sprinkle with more garlic, paprika, onion power, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
Step 4
While chicken is cooking. Heat honey and hot sauce together.
Step 5
After chicken cooks for 15 minutes, drizzle sauce over chicken tenderloins. Return to oven for 5-10 more minutes.
