Instructions
Step 1
Steam or boil brocolli for 7 -9 minutes then chop into bite size pieces

Step 2
Add broccoli to a bowl with salt white pepper and a drizzle of olive oil then mix together
Step 3
Spoon the broccoli mix into a greased muffin tray and divide into 12 then sprinkle the grated cheddar or you could use Parmesan on top

Step 4
Beat egged with a whisk or electric mixer until light and fluffy then spoon the mix over the broccoli and bake 17-20 minutes at 180 c / 360 f . Let these cool down then remove and enjoy or keep in a Tupperware box in the fridge to snack as you go
