150gbrown sugar

½ teaspoonvanilla extract
15mlred food coloring

Instructions
Step 1
mix flour and cocoa powder
Step 2
beat with electric mixer soft butter
Step 3
add sugar and brown sugar and beat
Step 4
add eggs,vanilla extract and food coloring and mix
Step 5
add flour and cocoa powder and mix
Step 6
if the dough is too sticky pour it in the fridge for 30/40 minutes
Step 7
make some balls with the dough
Step 8
pass the balls first in the sugar and then in the powdered sugar
Step 9
put the spaced balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Step 10
put them in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Step 11
let them cool for 10 minutes on parchment paper
