Chilli Lemon Chicken Kebabs

Chilli Lemon Chicken Kebabs Juicy, zingy, CHILLI LEMON CHICKEN KEBABS. Made in the air fryer in 20 minutes! Recipe below. SAVE! Ingredients 600g Boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 3 tsp Chilli & lemon seasoning 1 tbsp Smoked paprika 2 Garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp Olive oil * wooden skewers, soaked for 30 minutes Method Step 1 - In bowl, add the chicken and all of the ingredients mentioned. Mix to combine. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Step 2 - Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. I add 5 pieces on each skewer. Step 3 - Set the air fryer to 200c. Place in the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken kebabs are cooked through. Step 3 - Serve with naan, salad and a drizzle of garlic sauce! Enjoy • • •
