Instructions

Step 1
Slice chicken into long thin strips.
Step 2
Mix together egg and hot sauce in a medium mixing bowl. Mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in another mixing bowl.
Step 3
Coat chicken strips in flour, then egg, then back into the flour.
Step 4
Coat bottom of air fryer with oil. Add chicken strips and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
In separate bowl, mix together hot sauce, melted butter and garlic powder.
Step 6
Coat cooked chicken strips in sauce and set aside. Enjoy!
