Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and dried parsley flakes. Add cream, buttermilk, and cheese, just until moistened.









Step 2
Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 1 in. apart onto greased baking sheets.
Step 3
Mix butter, garlic, and dried parsley flakes and coat the biscuits.



Step 4
Bake until bottoms are golden brown, 17-20 minutes.
