Homemade Hamburger Buns

Air fryer 350, 12 min. Flip after 8min

Super simple recipe to follow. I even use it as mini dinner rolls in a pinch. Never have a problem with the process and comes out delicious.

Bit uneven but wow they tasted great! I used plant butter and still turned out really good!

These are so fluffy! My son ate them without a burger! He just wanted the roll!

I would make 10 instead of 8 next time. I ran out of all purpose flour and used half bread flour and it turned out fine.

Easy, tasty. Very soft. I didn’t let them rise enough the second time because I was in a hurry and they were still really good. Baked mine for 19 minutes. Try not to let the egg wash drip down the sides too much as it gets really crispy around the edges when it bakes on the pan.
